After Ippo defeated Oda Yūsuke in Round 23, Takamura Mamoru, Aoki Masaru, Kimura Tatsuya, Yagi Haruhiko, and Ippo all went to Sugar Ray to celebrate. There they met up with Akemi, Sumire, and Yagi's mother which owns the place. While there, Takamura ends up causing a scene by pulling down Ippo's pants.
