Playing Dead or Pretending to be Dead (死んだふり) is an unorthodox technique created by Aoki Masaru.
Usage[]
The user acts like he is in a weak condition, causing the opponent to have false hope for a knockout and use more powerful punches. When the opponent begins to get exhausted, the user may fight seriously.
A drawback to this technique is the user might lose in points or it can deceive his allies into throwing the towel before it turns into the user's favour.

Pretending to be Alive[]
This skill is also used with Pretending to be Revived (生き返ったふり), where the user acts or pretends to be at full health. It will cause a psychological attack on the opponent where they will start to question if their punches are working or not.
