SummaryEdit

Ippo keeps going through the extremely harsh training sessions set by Kamogawa, which just seem to get more difficult every time. When Ippo begins showing signs of being overworked, Aoki and Kimura wonder if the coach is losing himself due to his personal feud with Ramuda.

Back at home while he massages his legs, Ippo receives a visit from Dr. Yamaguchi, who had been informed by Kamogawa about the strict menu Ippo was following. She massages his overworked muscles and after explaining the results of the training, she assures him that all of Kamogawa's training sessions, have a defined purpose.

The coach reveals to Yagi that he fears overworking might break Ippo, to which Yagi simply replies that if the fighters thought their training menus were not right, they would not follow him.

After following Dr. Yamaguchi's advice, Ippo rests at home and trains as hard as he can the next morning, without doubting his coach.
